Get ready to receive gifts
Receiving gifts is paused while our donation process is reviewed. You can read this guide and save your ministry details now. We'll let you know when payout setup opens.
By law, anyone who receives money online has to confirm who they are. Our payment partner, Stripe, does that check. It's quick if you have these things ready.
Explainer video coming soon
Until then, the written steps below explain everything.
1. Have these ready
A photo ID nearby
Driver's license or passport. Stripe usually does NOT ask for it — only if it can't confirm who you are.
Your mobile phone
Stripe texts you a code to confirm it is you. You can take ID photos with your phone camera.
Your Social Security number
Usually only the last 4 digits. US law requires every payout account to be tied to a real person.
Your bank login or account + routing number
This is where gifts get paid out to you.
Your ministry's name and one-line mission
How donors will recognize you.
